This historic home was built in 1900 and General Botha lived in the house in 1914. It is packed full of original features such as Oregon pine floors, fire places, pressed lead ceilings etc.
The guesthouse is small (sleeping a maximum of 14 or 15 guests) and has been newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It is Owner operated which ensures you of individual attention at all times.
Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, using the best quality linen, fans / heaters, hairdryers, coffee / tea facilities, DSTV and complimentary WiFi internet access.
Communal areas include a lounge /bar (fully licensed) with large plasma TV, formal dining room, eat-in courtyard, various other sitting areas, a pool and secure parking.
The set dinner menu is small using only the freshest and best quality ingredients available. Meals are carefully prepared and served by your hosts. The aim is to offer you the peace of mind that all your needs are catered for in-house.
All rooms have air-conditioning, except for Room 6 which has an industrial ceiling fan.

Parking is off-street, behind locked gates. A remote control is supplied for independent access.
