The Hotel serves as an ideal conference venue. No matter how large or small your conference will be, the hotel offers two larger conference rooms that are fully air-conditioned and can seat a maximum of 100 and 200 people respectively. The smaller break-away rooms are ideal for training and discussion groups, as well as boardroom and seminar-style functions. Both of these more intimate spaces are also air-conditioned and each provides comfortable seating for up to 40 people each. The large and small rooms can all be set up in U-Shape, School room style, or cinema style format.

 

An in-house, professional conference co-ordinator will manage all conferences and events, and will personally attend to every need the conference client may have. All up-to-date, standard equipment required for successful conferences, including overhead projectors are available. Requests for other, more specialised equipment can be made to the conference co-ordinator. All conference rooms also have Wi-Fi capacity.

 

The restaurant seats 140 people and a bar. There is also ample and secure parking – a real luxury at any downtown venue.

Dishes range from local curries, roasts, and vegetables that are crisp and juicy. There is also a live station where one of the senior chefs will cook fresh ingredients such as fish, calamari, steaks, chops, prawns and chicken, preparing it exactly to your liking.

 

Experienced waiters are available to assist and to ensure that diners have all the extras they may want and need. Guests can enjoy a relaxed meal, paired with a selection of award-winning estate wines from the nearby Cape Winelands.
