The property ensures that each bedroom benefits from access to the garden, balconies and sea views.
Built over 2 levels, the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which all open up to a large outdoor terrace (also with dining table and chairs). The upper level also houses two of the bedrooms (both en-suite). This entire area enjoys views onto the garden and pool area, and the ocean beyond.
The lower level of the house is all accommodation. There are four en-suite bedrooms (including the expansive master bedroom with its own walk-in cupboard and large bathroom). Each of these bedrooms open up onto the garden area via large sliding doors.
The seventh bedroom is housed in a completely separate apartment. This apartment has its own bathroom, as well as a modern food preparation area. It could ideally be used for an au pair or for teenage children who might want to be slightly separate. However, the quality of this apartment is comparable to the rest of the house, so it is by no means staff accommodation.
Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space. The upper level has a large wrap-around balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely summer lunches or relaxing sundowners as children play in the garden below.
The garden, although not big considering the size of the house, offers plenty of space to run around. The pool is also not overly large, but is large enough to swim lengths.
Another wonderful feature is the Swedish sauna, which offers the perfect remedy to a stressful day of shopping or sightseeing.
Daily servicing (Mon - Sat) is included, except public holidays.
