The beaches are almost deserted and the main beach is a safe Blue Flag recognised beach.
The guesthouse is high on the east bank of the Kowie River which runs through Port Alfred and overlooks the peaceful marina.
Just 2 minutes drive from the centre of town where you have access to all modern amenities, and a one minute drive will get you to the nearest beach.
The cosy lounge area has a bar, television, recliner chair and plush lounge suite overlooking the marina.
There is a large log fire should the evening turn chilly. French doors from the lounge open onto a magnificent wooden deck (with pool and loungers) from where you can overlook the town and out to sea (sometimes spotting the odd migrating whale).
